RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Our Commitment At Panellista, we want you to love our USDA certified organic panela syrups. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

2. Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

3. Eligible Returns We accept returns for:

  • Unopened bottles in original condition
  • Damaged products (with photo evidence)
  • Incorrect items shipped

4. Non-Returnable Items Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used organic panela bottles
  • Products without original packaging

5. How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at usapanellista@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if product is damaged)

6. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

7. Return Shipping

  • Damaged or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

8. Exchanges We're happy to exchange products if you'd like to try a different organic panela flavor! Contact us at usapanellista@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.

9. Damaged Products If your organic panela arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at usapanellista@gmail.com with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
